Moonflow Solitaire has no ads, accounts, analytics or tracking tools. Your game progress stays on your device. This website has no analytics or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your message to respond.
01. Moonflow Solitaire
Moonflow Games is developing Moonflow Solitaire, an offline Klondike card game. This policy covers Moonflow Solitaire for Android and the Moonflow Games website at moonflowgames.co.uk. Future games will have their data practices described here or in their own policies before release.
The game does not collect or share personal data with Moonflow Games or third parties. It has no advertising SDKs, analytics, tracking tools, accounts, remote game servers or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
02. Your saved progress
Your current deal, scores, winning-game history, statistics and preferences are saved locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off. The game does not upload this information. Automatic Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled in the current app.
Your local data remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. To remove it, open Android Settings, find Moonflow Solitaire under Apps and choose the option to clear storage. The names of these settings may vary by device.
Deleting this data permanently removes saved games, records and preferences; Moonflow Games cannot recover them.
03. This website
This static website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or browser storage. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served with the site; there are no embedded third-party services or contact forms. The colour preview runs only in your browser and is not saved or sent to us.
Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), using Amazon S3 and CloudFront, with AWS WAF to help protect it from malicious requests. AWS processes connection information such as your IP address, the requested page and browser information to deliver and protect the website. CloudFront may process requests at locations around the world.
We have disabled CloudFront access logs, S3 server access logs, WAF request logs and WAF request sampling for this website. We therefore do not keep visitor request-log records in those services. AWS may process operational and security information as part of providing its services; see the AWS Privacy Notice. Access to our hosting configuration is restricted to authorised AWS account administrators.
04. Email and support
If you email gamesmoonflow@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond to your enquiry. No support information is automatically sent by the game.
Support correspondence is handled through Gmail. We retain it only as needed to resolve your enquiry or meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about your correspondence or request its deletion. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your question.
05. Platform services
Google Play and Android may process information through their own services, under their own policies and your device settings. Their processing is separate from the game’s local saved progress. Gmail also processes correspondence as an email provider. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy.
06. Policy changes
If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will describe any new game’s data practices before it is released.
